News has hit the fashion world that a new relationship has formed and it’s getting a lot of fans a bit hot under the collar. Maison Martin Margiela has teamed up with H&M and will be releasing a collection in selected H&M stores around the world in November this year.

Maison Martin Margiela is a French fashion house that made it’s debut in 1988 and really tested and pushed the boundaries of acceptable fashions and trends. It’s out-there looks and daring shapes soon caught on and were loved by many. He was one of the first fashion designers to follow the courageous deconstruction trend. This concept involved linings and seams to be positioned on the outside of the garment. It was a brave and bold move but one that paid off.

However, despite such success in his work designer Martin Margiela has kept a very low profile throughout his career as a fashion designer. He always steers clear of the spotlight and even after events or catwalk shows he stays firmly away from any paparazzi. We wonder with such a high profile career move whether he’ll manage to stay backstage for much longer?
