Our search for the shining gems in the fashion industry has led us to Sophia Grace, a self taught fashion designer who launched her self labelled ready-to-wear label last year. Belonging to a family of dressmakers, Grace developed her interest in fashion after watching her grandmother work away on her industrial sewing machines in her studio to re-create the designs inspired by the pictures she saw in her huge Vogue pattern books. Each of her luxury garments comprises of a variety of quality tweeds, crepes, silks and crafted embroidery. Her luxury brand of sophisticated tailored dresses and elegant evening gowns presents her vision of what she defines as the modern women.
